Since its establishment in 1995, ZhongZuan Tools has been focusing on our products and markets. Thanks to the feedback and help from our 700 distributors and thousands of users at home and abroad, we are able to continuously improve the quality of our products.
From the selection, inspection and monitoring of raw materials, temperature control of heat treatment and process management, to the equipment upgrade of each step in the mechanical processing and production process, the quality department strictly and carefully inspects each process according to the manufacturing standards.
Most of our frontline operators have been working with us for more than 10 years, and their experience has given them a deeper understanding of the product. The technical guidance and spot checkers in the workshop ensure the high quality of each product we produce and ensure the quality stability of batch products.

Raw material supplier control

ZhongZuan Tools evaluates and ranks suppliers based on the qualification rate of materials every quarter and every year, so as to urge suppliers to improve quality.

High speed steel raw material control

For high-speed steel drill bits, Chinese high-speed steel material brands include HEYE, Tiangong, Fuda, Jinggong, Fugong. Different brands of HSS material suppliers have different quality levels. The best is Heye, whose stability is longer than Tiangong.
Before we purchase and use high-speed steel raw materials, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of raw materials, including quality, characteristics, status, etc., to ensure that their quality meets the requirements. At the same time, we can provide our customers with the inspection report of this batch of high-speed steel raw materials.

Carbide raw material control

Before we purchase and use cemented carbide raw materials, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of raw materials, including chemical composition, physical properties, dimensional tolerances, surface quality, etc., to ensure that their quality meets the requirements.

Diamond raw material control

Before we purchase and use diamond raw materials, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the raw materials, including the chemical composition, particle shape, strength, wear, etc. of the diamonds, to ensure that their quality meets the requirements.
