In order to improve the sales staff’s familiarity with the company’s products, improve the technical ability market development and better to serve our customers, eventually to better achieve the company’s annual sales target, the company organizes training courses for all the sales staff in July and August.
The training mainly introduces the types of drill bit, raw materials, performance and application, etc., and arranges the trainees to visit the processing crafts of the product in the workshop on the spot, so as to further strengthen the intuitive understanding of the technical parameters of the product.
